30 day guarantee
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.
If you wish to return the order because of a change in mind, we will require you to ship the package back to us in China in original condition. In this case, customer pays for shipping cost both ways:
Customer pays the cost of the return shipping and also the cost of the original shipping cost valued at 30% of the entire value of the order. Once the order has been shipped back to us, we will refund 70% of the entire order value.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for orders that have been customised.
Faulty Products
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to Kwavo Leung customer service within 3 working days from confirmation of receipt (or 8 working days from date of post if there is no evidence of receipt).
If a product arrives damaged, we will need Your help to document the damage using photographic evidence and report the damage to your local post office or courier as supporting evidence for Kwavo Leung to make an insurance claim.
Kwavo Leung will replace or repair parts of products if damage occurred before delivery.
Returns Policy Terms & Conditions
In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify Kwavo Leung customer service within 30 days of taking delivery of your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of Kwavo Leung staff in order to facilitate Your return.
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, they must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not have been installed or damaged in any way by you during the time the Product is in Your possession. The Product is deemed to be in Your possession until the Product is received by Us pursuant to this Policy.
The 30 day period within which You are eligible to make a return under this Policy commences on the date that You accept delivery of Your Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 8 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.
The Product must be returned to Kwavo Leung at your own cost within 10 business days of Your request to return Your Product under this Policy.

You must return the Products for which You are seeking a store credit or refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that Kwavo Leung staff provide to You.
After receiving the returned Products, Kwavo Leung will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
Kwavo Leung reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.
